Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (Pomodoro Sauce with Basil and Buffalo Mozzarella)

Not sure how to cook gnocchi? Why not the Sorrento way?! My favorite gnocchi recipe is topped with pomodoro, basil sauce with (lots) of salty, melty buffalo mozzarella. YUM!
