Like my gnocchi recipes, I picked this recipe up from our “mamma” at a small B&B in the mountains surrounding the Amalfi Coast. This simple green sauce is PERFECT for serving with fish – particularly white fish. I love this recipe because it’s quick, easy, and delicious. You need 5 ingredients and 5 minutes, and you’ll have a tasty sauce to spice up fish at home!
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice from ½ lemon
Salt to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix well. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Spoon on top of any fish dish!
