Prosciutto Wrapped Figs with Brie Cheese and Honey

Never sure what to bring to a potlock? OR, do you make the same thing over and over? Well – here’s an easy recipe that is sure to impress your friends. Salty, sweet, decadent – why not make these tasty, little, Italian appis? Whether you’re hosting or attending a party, these little sucks are delicious and EASY. You can whip them up in under 10 minutes.

Servings: 24 bites

Ingredients:

Whole dried figs

1 small wheel of brie cheese, cut into 1 inch chunks

100 grams Prosciutto di Parma (12 slices)

Honey for drizzling

Directions:

Cut 12 whole figs in half, equaling 24 pieces.

Ensure you have at least 24 chunks of brie cheese (and extra for snacking :)).

Cut the 12 slices of Prosciutto di Parma in half, equaling 24 pieces.

Wrap a 1/2 fig and a chunk of cheese in 1 piece of Prosciutto. Fasten with a tooth pick.

Repeat 23 more times and arrange all bites onto a plate.

Drizzle with your favorite honey (even better? Try black truffle honey!).
