Edamame Hummus Bowls

Hummus bowls are a fun, tasty, and nutrition-dense power snack. AND what’s more is that they are ridiculously quick and easy to make ahead and pack for on-the-go snacks. I like to use classic sabra hummus (1 regular container makes 4 servings) with my bowls – just to make prepping easy. If you can find already-shelled edamame in the freezer section, that makes everything EVEN easier. This is seriously the easiest healthy snack – and it’s one of my favorites!

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup hummus

1 cup edamame beans, shelled

1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

1 teaspoon marjoram

Directions:

First, you will need four small containers to arrange your hummus bowls.

Add 1/4 cup of hummus to each container. Next, add 1/4 cup of shelled edamame beans and 1 tablespoon of roasted sunflower seeds. Add 1/4 of the chives and 1/4 teaspoon marjoram to the top of each bowl.

When you’re ready to eat your hummus bowl, mix everything together and enjoy!
